โฃQ: How long do packages take to arrive?โฃโฃ
A: Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends. Via USPS Standard First Class Mail, shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Via USPS Express Mail, shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. International shipping takes anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive. We do NOT drop ship. We pack and ship orders in-house

A: Yesโฃโฃ, we ship worldwide, with the exceptions of New Zealand and Israel. Unfortunately, COVID-19 regulations are still present at the borders of certainย countries

A: Express shipping does not mean your package will arrive the next day. Please take into account our processing time for orders (1 to 3 business days). We have no control over how quickly USPS delivers packagesโฃโฃ

A: If you are worried your package got lost, file a โmissing mail reportโ via USPS, and they will track it down โฃโฃ

A: Compare the Sunset Makeup shades to other foundations/concealers youโve used that already work for you.ย If you bought the wrong complexion shade, and would like a different color, we would be more than happy to send you a newย shade if you pay for the shipping fee once more.ย

โฃโฃQ: Can I exchange a product if it isnโt the right color for me? โฃโฃ
A: We accept product refundsย (shipping not included) and exchanges if you are unhappy with your item.ย If your item comes to you broken or shattered, please contact the following email:ย sunsetmakeupofficial@gmail.comย It would be greatly appreciated ifย proof (pictures of the damaged product) were to be provided! If you bought the wrong complexion shade, and would like a different color, we would be more than happy to send you a newย shade if you pay for the shipping fee once more.ย
Q:ย My package was returned to the sender. Can you ship it back to me?
A: USPS will mark a package as โreturn to senderโ if you put the wrong shipping address on your order, or if you were not present at the timeย your package was delivered. If you provide us with your correct shipping address, we can ship out the package to you once more. You will have to pay for the shipping fee
