Where are your products manufactured?
We work with the P.R.C. for private labeled products. Our manufacturers have established base formulas for both our brand and other small businesses. The final product is customized for Sunset Makeup only. Drop shipping, child labor, and unethical business actions are not things we condone or practice. All manufacturers are certified with safe working conditions. You may see similar products or photos on e-commerce platforms, but it is very important to note the ingredients or manufacturers may not be the same.
How long do packages take to arrive?
Our processing time is 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends. Shipping via USPS Standard First Class Mail takes 3 to 7 business days, while USPS Express Mail takes 2 to 5 business days. International shipping typically takes 7 to 21 business days. Please note, we do NOT drop ship; all orders are packed and shipped in-house from California.
Do you ship worldwide?
The only international areas we ship to are Poland, Greenland, Cyprus, Greece, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, Bahamas, Jamaica, New Zealand.
International Shipping Time
International shipping typically takes 7 to 21 business days via USPS. After placing your order, you can request International Expedited shipping for an additional fee, which may reduce the delivery time to 3 to 4 business days.

Can you lower shipping prices?
Shipping rates are created by USPS, not by Sunset Makeup. Rates are outside of our control.
I ordered Express shipping, where is my package?
Express shipping does not mean your package will arrive the next day. Please take into account our processing time for orders (1 to 3 business days). We have no control over how quickly USPS delivers packages.
My order says it’s delivered, but I don’t have it, where is it?
If you are worried your package got lost, file a “missing mail report” via USPS, and they will track it down.
How do I find my foundation/concealer shade?
Compare the Sunset Makeup shades to other foundations/concealers you’ve used that already work for you. If you bought the wrong complexion shade, and would like a different color, we would be more than happy to send you a new shade if you pay for the shipping fee once more. This service can only be used one time per customer.
What is your return policy?
Makeup items cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Store credit will be offered if applicable. We have a strict 60-day window in which this service can be used from the date of the purchase. If your item comes to you broken, contact the following email: support@sunsetmakeup.com and provide pictures of the damaged product with your order number. If you bought the wrong complexion shade, and would like a different color, we will send you a new shade if you pay for the shipping fee. This service can only be used one time per customer. If you write the wrong address on your order, it will be returned back to our warehouse. If you want it to be sent to you, you will have to cover the shipping fee. Sunset Makeup is not responsible for orders marked as “delivered” but not received. Contact your local post office to inquire the GPS drop off location of the delivery. We cannot cancel, refund, or edit your order once it has been shipped. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, as they are a USPS service, not a Sunset Makeup service. This policy is in place because shipping fees are a third-party cost that we cannot recover once the shipping service has been used.
My package was returned to the sender. Can you ship it back to me?
USPS will mark a package as “return to sender” if you put the wrong shipping address on your order, or if you were not present at the time your package was delivered. If you provide us with your correct shipping address, we can ship out the package to you once more. You will have to pay for the shipping fee. If your address cannot be verified, we will issue you product refund(s) excluding the shipping fee.

Why isn't there a tube in my Liquid Foundation or Moisturizing Primer bottle?
All of our Liquid Foundation products and Moisturizing Primer have an airless pump, that do not have a tube connected to the cap. Instead, the pigment is lifted up from a disk that sits at the bottom of the bottle. Therefore, we recommend storing it upside down, shaking it well, and allowing it time to gather the product.

All products are vegan and cruelty free. The ingredient lists for each product are listed in the product descriptions.
