Absolutely love it. Most pigmented white foundation I've used for awhile. I live in Australia, so there's very few options.

Makeup items cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. Once an item leaves our store, we cannot guarantee its integrity for reuse or resale, even if clients assure that the items have not been opened. We do not offer refunds for reasons related to personal preferences, including dissatisfaction with color, texture, or scent. Product results can vary depending on skin type, prep products used, and application techniques. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before making a purchase.
If your order has already shipped and you refuse delivery or request “Return to Sender,” a 25% restocking fee will apply, provided the outer bubble mailer remains unopened. In these cases, a partial product refund or store credit may be issued, excluding the original shipping fee and the restocking fee, and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.
If a returned package shows that the outer bubble mailer has been opened, the order is not eligible for a refund or store credit. If you wish to have the package reshipped, a reshipping fee will apply.
All returned packages whether returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees—must meet our return criteria and pass inspection to qualify for a refund. If the return is incomplete, tampered with, or not in resellable condition, or got damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, we can return the items to you, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

At Sunset Makeup, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you believe your product arrived damaged or leaking, or an item is missing, please report it within 48 hrs.
You may contact us at support@sunsetmakeup.com and provide photos along with your order number. Depending on the situation and supporting evidence, we may offer a replacement, issue store credit, or ask that a USPS claim be filed by you if a significant portion of the order was damaged. On international orders, we can only issue product refund or store credit.
In rare cases, packages may arrive damaged during transit, which can sometimes result in missing or empty package.
Please file a claim with USPS immediately through the USPS Claims Page and inform us once you have done so. USPS may then request that you bring the package and packaging materials to your local post office for inspection.
If your package arrives damaged, empty, or missing items, please keep:
the original packaging,
bubble mailer,
shipping label,
and all contents received.
Outer product packaging is designed to protect the product and provide informational labeling and does not carry product value. Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (including dents, creases, scuffs, or bent boxes) may occur during shipping, especially for international orders and customs handling.
As long as the product itself is intact, and undamaged, outer packaging damage is not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
Sunset Makeup is not liable for any individual reaction to specific ingredients in our products. Each product listing on our website provides a full ingredient list. If you have known sensitivities or allergies to any ingredients, we recommend not using the product and not buying it for your own use. For those with sensitive skin or concerns, we suggest performing an allergy patch test prior to full use. Should any irritation occur, discontinue use immediately.
Sunset Makeup does not issue refunds based on reports of allergic reactions to our products. This is due to the individual nature of allergies and sensitivities.

If you write the wrong address on your order, it may be returned back to our warehouse. If you want it to be sent to you, you will have to cover the shipping fee.
We cannot cancel, refund, or edit your order once it has been packaged and/or shipped.

Delays:
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to holidays and weather conditions. If you need your order for a specific event, we recommend ordering in advance. Sunset Makeup does not have control over delivery times and is not responsible for late package delivery caused by the carrier.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded, as they are a USPS or UPS service, not a Sunset Makeup service. This policy is in place because shipping fees are a third-party cost that we cannot recover once the shipping service has been used.
Domestic or International orders shipped to package or freight forwarding addresses are not eligible for refunds if the tracking shows “Delivered,” but the package is later reported as not received by the forwarding company or the customer.
All claims for packages marked as delivered but not received must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery scan. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment date. Claims submitted after these timeframes cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
International orders are shipped via USPS and are handed off to your local postal service for final delivery. In some cases — such as larger orders or when the local postal service is on strike — we may ship via UPS instead.
Please note that if a package is rejected, customs fees go unpaid, or the shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address when shipped via UPS, the package is not automatically returned to us. In these situations, the package may be discarded by the carrier. As a result, no refunds will be issued.
International customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information after shipment. Once a package arrives in the destination country, delivery updates, customs notifications, and payment requests are handled by the local carrier. We strongly recommend downloading the local postal carrier’s app and signing up for delivery notifications or informed delivery services to receive timely updates regarding customs fees, delivery attempts, or required actions. Failure to monitor tracking or respond to carrier notifications may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the package, for which we are not responsible.
If your USPS shipped package is returned to us, we’ll contact you by email to ask whether you’d like to pay a reshipping fee or receive a refund excluding shipping fees and 25% restocking fee.
Please respond within 30 days of our email—after that, we will no longer be able to reship your order.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once a gift card is purchased, the unique gift card code is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
