it isnt completely waterproof imo, however it's the best pencil eyeliner ive tried, and goes on very easy!
i love it, the shade was a bit to yellow however it feels like nothing and the coverage is pretty good!
It arrived in perfect condition. Everything looks stunning. I can't wait to finally use it!
