SHIMMER Water Activated Eyeliner

A 9-pan SHIMMER water activated eyeliner palette with vibrant pigment. This formula is long-lasting, and does not smudge or transfer.

To use, dampen an eyeliner brush or the pigment itself with a small amount of water. Mix the brush with the eyeliner until you see a smooth and thick consistency. Apply as desired to the face or body. Ensure the palette air dries for around one hour before it is closed and stored away. 

How To Remove: Easily remove it with a makeup wipe, micellar water, or any oil-based remover.
